In order to submit a bespoke order, you will work directly with our sales team. To complete a bespoke order, our team will eventually need answers to everything listed below.

The Ordering Process

1. First, you will work with your account executive to finalize the details of your gift (see 'Decisions to Make' below). Then, you will receive mockups to approve.

2. After the mockups are approved, you will receive an order form to sign.

3. Once the order form is signed, you will receive an invoice via Quickbooks.

4. Production proofs are created once the invoice is paid.

5. Once production proofs are approved, production will begin.

6. A digital SKU will be created in your Goody account so you can send the gift digitally via Goody.

• Do you want to send a single item, or multiple items combined into a kit?

• What is your budget for the full project?

• What types of gifts do you want to send? Do you want them to be branded or unbranded? Do you have specific items you saw on Goody's site that you want to include?

Packaging & Shipping

• How many recipients do you expect there to be?

• Will these be sent out all at once, or warehoused and sent over time?

• Will any of the recipients be international?

• When will these need to be shipped?

• Do you want a physical note included with the items?

• Will you use Goody to gather mailing addresses or do you have a spreadsheet of recipient addresses?

• What packaging do you want?
